About
We're Woodbone — natural dog chews from Milton Keynes
Woodbone was born out of a straightforward frustration: most dog chews on the market are either packed with additives, fall apart too quickly, or create a mess that outlasts the chew itself. We set out to find something better — and found it in nature.
Based in Milton Keynes, we source and supply handcrafted chews made from two of the world's densest, safest natural woods: coffee wood and olive wood. Both come from naturally fallen trees — no trees are cut down for our products. Each piece is cleaned, shaped, and checked by hand before it ships.
Why coffee wood and olive wood?
Coffee wood is exceptionally dense, slow to splinter, and carries a faint natural aroma that dogs find genuinely irresistible. It's our most popular choice for power chewers and medium-to-large breeds.
Olive wood is slightly softer in texture — perfect for moderate chewers, smaller breeds, or dogs trying natural wood for the first time. Both woods clean teeth naturally as your dog chews, reducing plaque buildup without chemicals or artificial flavours.
