Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unused and in their original packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us first at contact@woodbone.co.uk. We will confirm the return address and provide instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@woodbone.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@woodbone.co.uk.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order separately once your return has been accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on chews that have been opened or used. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

UK Consumer Rights — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If you wish to exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at contact@woodbone.co.uk. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
