Shipping policy

Free UK Delivery on Every Order

We offer free tracked delivery on all orders to UK addresses. There are no minimum order values and no delivery charges added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left us.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are delivered via a tracked service (Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent). Typical delivery time is 2–4 business days from dispatch.

During busy periods — including around bank holidays and peak seasons — please allow a little extra time for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this at any time to check the current status of your delivery.

Order Not Arrived?

International Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not currently offer international delivery.
